taken care of for you. We can professionally pack your item, print the label
and check for address corrections. We file claims for loss or damage for you
and guarantee our packaging service. |
Pack it yourself. If you have a damage or loss claim, you
are responsible for dealing with the carrier directly. With a high value
item, your package may be inspected for proper packaging. Your claim could be
denied. |

any qualified item suitable for shipping up to $50,000 |
Artwork, jewelry, and items of extraordinary value can
only be insured for $500 with FedEx and UPS. |
| 4. We’re here for
you. If you have a question or problem, you can call the local store
directly. We’re here Monday though Saturday. Ask for one of the employees by
name! |
You’ll have to deal with the national call center, go
through the various service options, transferred, put on hold, and that’s
before you speak to someone in person! |

line of business services such as Black and White as well as Color Copying,
Mailbox Service, Faxing, Custom Packaging and Freight Services – all on one
account. |

| 7. We offer United States Postal Services. We can meter mail a variety of ways: Priority,
Certified, Delivery Confirmation, 1st class, etc. We also sell
stamps. |
Do you need to ship to a P.O. Box? FedEx and UPS can’t
deliver there. Also, letters and mailings which are not time sensitive can be
sent first class. |
| 8. We're your
international experts. Drop it off with us. We'll take care of the packaging and the paperwork, ensuring timely
delivery. |
You are responsible for sorting through regulations and
customs forms. If anything is incorrect, FedEx and UPS will delay shipment
until the problem is corrected, or ship it back to you at your cost. |
| 9. Freight Services.
If you have something too big to ship FedEx or UPS, we can handle it at very
competitive pricing. Big or small, we ship it all! |
Freight is expensive and time consuming. With our
nationwide network of stores, we are able to secure rock bottom pricing as
well as peace of mind. |
| 10. No weekly service charge. No fee for correction of address in transit. |
UPS: $7/wk; FedEx: $10/wk. Address correction fee is $5
for ground/$10 air! |
